The purpose of this letter is twofold, first to tell you something about our company and secondly to quickly get you started on the road to purchasing real estate below market value.
Our company actually is made up of two separate entities that work together to help us help you reach your goals, the ownership of property and all the benefits that go with owning property.
The first entity is Dunlevy Realty, which is a conventional real estate company. This company functions to provide whatever services may be needed by you in the normal real estate market to make your purchase a smooth and efficient one.
The second entity is our Real Estate Investors Group. This company specializes in dealing with the locating, tracking and ultimately guiding, in conjunction with Dunlevy Realty, our buyers to a successful real estate purchase of a distressed property at a bargain price.
Distressed property does not mean a disaster property. Many, if not most of our distressed properties are in excellent condition and need little or no work to occupy them. When we say distressed property, we are referring in most cases to the financial position of the property or the owner's situation not the physical condition of the property. There are properties however that are also physically distressed and for those individuals who have some extra financial resources (not much) and /or handy fix-up talents these properties can provide extra gains (translation - you can make more money on these).
It has taken us many years of effort, trial and error, to develop the skills to provide you these services.
The amazing thing is YOU PAY US NOTHING IN MOST CASES.
You should also keep in mind that with our help in most cases IT CAN COST VERY LITTLE to purchase these homes and you DO NOT HAVE TO HAVE PERFECT CREDIT.
